Otto, our big loveable dog who turned 13 last year, was hit. Faithful Friends manager Kyle came out and assisted us after he died. Thank God he did. We were at a loss. A week later we got his ashes back and it has given us peace. Even though we miss Otto terribly, we appreciate the people at Faithful Friends in Clovis.

When I called you, my dog Jasper had just been hit. I was in shock. I wasn’t sure what to do but I found your number and called. It was 8:30 at night and you gave me your condolences and then met me at your office. I took him to you in a blanket and you let me say goodbye. I hardly remember the questions you asked, but I know that a few days later you called and Jasper was ready (in a small wooden urn with his name on it). Thank you. You made a horrible night somewhat bearable.

My dog Jody died and you walked me through the whole process of what we could do. You were compassionate and met us at 8 at night so we had a place to take her. I loved the wooden box with the pretty scrolling on it. Everyone was so kind. Thank you for bringing this business to Clovis.

Suzy was 12 years old but was failing so we had her put down at our vet. That was one of the hardest days of my life. When we had to decide what to do with her remains, I opted to have her cremated. I just want to say that when I got the urn back, it was really nice. And it was in a pretty bag with a condolence card. I really appreciate the care you gave to her.

Thank you for taking such great care of Missy. Missy was my cat and I loved her but she died of cancer. You were so kind to me even though I was a basketcase when I called. You even came and picked her up. Thank you for your work. I don’t ever want to feel that pain again, but I know I’ll get another one – because I miss the company. But Bryan was so nice to work with and I wanted people to know that his company did an excellent job.
